These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and dne999 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). To open an Account you must complete the registration process on the Platform by providing accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where applicable, a valid mobile number.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information provided. If any of your registration details change, you must update your Account profile promptly or notify the support team. The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where inaccurate or outdated information is identified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. The Operator will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — remains your responsibility until you report a security breach to the support team.
The Operator reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
The Operator is required to conduct identity, age and source-of-funds verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. KYC may be triggered at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or at any time the Operator reasonably deems it necessary.

Strict Prohibition: Submitting falsified, altered or counterfeit identity documents constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all Balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. The Operator may suspend deposit and betting functionality pending KYC completion in certain circumstances.
All Account Balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Operator does not hold client funds in a segregated trust account unless separately stated. Players should treat their deposited funds accordingly.

The Operator uses certified random number generation (RNG) software for applicable games and real-time data feeds for sports and esports betting markets. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data feeds and is not liable for losses arising from data feed errors that are beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a session, the Operator will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. In cases of manifest error — including obvious pricing errors in betting markets — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international fixtures involving Pakistan — are offered as sports entertainment products. The Operator has no official partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team. Market availability is subject to data provider coverage and regulatory constraints.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances and, where legally required, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to graphics, software, logos, trademarks, text, layouts, databases, game content and audiovisual materials — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the Platform does not guarantee winnings. You participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk and with funds you can afford to lose.

Upon closure of an Account, any real-money Balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Account Holder via a verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and subject to the Operator's right of set-off for amounts owed.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence, as updated from time to time and as published on the Platform.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact the dne999 support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
Nothing in this clause removes your right as a Pakistani consumer to pursue remedies available to you under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation, to the extent such legislation applies to cross-border online services.
